Career

Served in the Armed Forces, worked in a forensics group at the Minsk station, and then in the forensics department of the Belarusian transportation police.

After defending his dissertation in 1994, he worked at the Department of operational work and crime solving of the National Police Academy, which he headed from 1999 to 2003.

In 2003-2004, was Deputy Chief of Academic Affairs of the Police Academy, and from 2004 to 2010 served as the head of cadre training.
